My account is blocked — what do I do?
If you believe your account was blocked in error, email us at accounts@groundworkers.co.
Delete Your Account
Sign in, open your Dashboard, scroll to “Delete account”, tap “Delete my account”, type DELETE and confirm. This works in the app and on the website.
Deletion is immediate and permanent. It removes your profile, photos, availability, map pin, messages and conversations, and any company and sites you administer alone. If you cannot sign in, email accounts@groundworkers.co from your account email and we will delete it within 7 days.
