Terms of Use
These terms apply when you use the Groundworkers.co website and mobile app (the “Service”). By creating an account you agree to them.
Who Can Use the Service
You must be 18 or over and use the Service to find or offer construction work in the UK. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for everything posted from your account.
Zero Tolerance for Abusive Content
We do not tolerate objectionable content or abusive members. You must not post or send anything that is abusive, threatening, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, violent, fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful, and you must not spam or impersonate anyone.
You can report any member, site or message using the “Report” button, and block any member using the “Block” button. We review reports within 24 hours. We remove content that breaks these terms and suspend or remove the members who post it.
Your Content
You keep ownership of the profile details, photos, site listings and messages you post. You allow us to store and display them to other members so the Service can work. Make sure you have the right to post anything you upload.
Work Arrangements
Groundworkers.co helps members find each other. We are not an employer, agency or party to any work agreement made between members. Check qualifications, cards, insurance and right-to-work yourself before agreeing any work.
Deleting Your Account
You can delete your account at any time from your Dashboard. See how to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
The Service
Registration is free. We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change these terms; if we make important changes we will tell members.
